Privacy Policy

(a) account data — email, authentication info; (b) User Content — the ideas, decisions, and documents you submit for analysis; (c) usage data — how you interact with the Service.

To provide the Service (run analysis, store your projects), authenticate you, and improve the product.

We use the following processors, solely to deliver the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Tavily — web search, used to gather public market evidence for an analysis.
• Anthropic — the AI model that generates AVORYN and VYRALIS content from your analysis. (The SEUS scoring engine itself is deterministic and does not call an external AI model.)
• Resend — transactional email.
• Stripe — payment processing for paid subscriptions. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we never see or store your card number.

Portions of your input may be sent to these providers only as needed to provide the Service to you. As stated in the Terms, your User Content is not used to train AI models.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Account deletion is available in Account settings and removes your personal data. To exercise other rights, contact paulo@orsynlabs.com.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and content are removed from our active systems immediately; residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.

Your data is stored in the European Union (region eu-west-1).

SEUS uses an essential session cookie for authentication (set by Supabase) and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party analytics or marketing cookies, and there is no cross-site tracking. Product usage is recorded only on our own systems, tied to your account.
