By accessing or using SEUS ("the Service"), operated by ORSYN Labs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SEUS provides structured analysis of business ideas, strategies, and decisions, generating scores, risk and opportunity analysis, and related outputs. The Service is a decision-support and analytical tool.
SEUS provides analysis and structured information only. It does NOT provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Scores, verdicts, risk assessments, and recommendations are analytical outputs, not recommendations to take or refrain from any action.
You are solely responsible for your decisions and their outcomes. SEUS outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional advice or your own judgment. Before making any significant financial, legal, or business decision, consult a qualified professional.
You retain all ownership of the ideas, strategies, documents, and other content you submit ("User Content"). ORSYN Labs claims no ownership of your User Content. You grant ORSYN Labs only the limited license necessary to process your User Content to provide the Service to you (e.g. running analysis, storing your projects, generating reports).
To generate analysis, portions of your input may be processed by third-party infrastructure and AI providers (see the Privacy Policy).
ORSYN Labs does not use your User Content to train AI models. Your content is processed only to deliver the Service to you.
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, submit malicious content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORSYN Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made or outcomes resulting from use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time from Account settings, which removes your personal data per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
